Prairie/Legacy News - Dora Parson is the Prairie Acres Resident of the Month for February and the Employee of the Month is Carla Moser. Carla works in the housekeeping department and joined the staff in November of 2023.

On Thursday, February 15th, Legacy Pointe will host a "Slice of Trivia" night. There will be pizza, trivia games, and prizes!

Prairie Acres, Legacy Pointe, and Parmer Medical Center will host a Senior Health Fair from 10:30 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 29th at the XIT Center in Bovina. There will be games, prizes, food, and vendors with lots of helpful health information for everyone.

GasBuddy News - Average gasoline prices in Texas rose 7.1 cents last week, averaging $2.82 per gallon. The cheapest station in Texas was priced at $1.83 while the most expensive was $3.99 per gallon. The national average price of diesel rose 3.0 cents last week and stands at $3.92 per gallon. For now, the most common gas price in the U.S. remains $2.99 per gallon, but its days are numbered," said Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy.
