Working under the basket in the Dalhart game are Josh Barnett (12), Adrian Munoz (11), Seth Murphree (10), and Josue Ojeda (3). The Chiefs beat Dalhart and traveled to Texline Tuesday before the Thanksgiving break.

Well a big storm is coming just in time to mess up Thanksgiving travel plans. A wintry mix, freezing rain, maybe snow, who knows. Definitely some rain coming they say. I may or may not be traveling to Denton for Thanksgiving. I hope your Thanksgiving plans all work out with plenty of turkey and family time. Pass the giblet gravy.

Comissioners meeting report
Parmer County commissioners met in regular session Monday November 23 in Farwell. County Extension Agent James Bridges reported that the recent stock show dinner raised about $24,000, a record for the event. Money is used to assist the Livestock Show youth in purchasing their animals.
