Congressman Jodey Arrington will hold a town hall meeting on Tuesday, August 6th in the Friona Senior Citizen Center at 1410 Washington Ave. in Friona, Texas. The event will start at 10:00 a.m. and be sure to check in at the table when you arrive.

A reminder to all Friona High School students who are involved in sports and/or marching band that you must have a physical exam by August 1st in order to be eligible to participate in those programs.

The 11th Annual Pudge Kendrick Memorial Golf Tournament will be held July 27-28 at John Pitman Golf Course in Hereford. The tourney benefits the Parmer County and Hereford Cancer Coalitions. Please see the Community Assistance Program form below to see if you or someone you know might be eligible to receive the $500 to help cover expenses. Those interested in applying for the Friona Public Library Director job must complete an employee application, provide a cover letter and resume before the July 26, 2019 deadline.
