After a few days of temperatures in the 70s and 80s, Monday morning brought snow and below zero wind chills as winter returned for a day. The volunteer firemen and EMS were called out at 6:30 a.m. to a wreck on the Hwy 214 overpass and then another call to a pickup rollover at FM2397 and FM3140. The east-west roads were especially slick they said.
