Richard and Vicki Samarron were but one of the victims of the windy weather on Tuesday. A tree in their neighbors yard was toppled over during the 60-70 mph winds that blew throughout the day. Richard, City of Friona employee, also has a tree trimming business and will be kept busy for the next few days.
