Seventeen little girls participated in the 2019 Little Miss Event. Ellie Jo Weatherly, six year old daughter of Landon and Jacy Weatherly, was named 2019 Little Miss Friona. She was sponsored by 5W Sales Company. She was crowned by 2018 Little Miss, Sarai Chavarria.

Tensley Jade Grimsley, six year old daughter of Kyle and Heather Grimsley, was the 1st runner-up and was sponsored by Ag Texas.

Sanvi Chhagan, five year old daughter of Avnee and Atish Chhagon, was the 2nd runner-up and was sponsored by Parmer Medical Center.
