St. Teresa’s Catholic Church will be having their annual Mexican Dinner on Sunday, March 3, 2019. The event will be at 11:00 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the St. Teresa’s Parish Hall. The dinner will include: beef enchiladas, rice, beans, tacos, salsa, chips, dessert, tea, and coffee. Donations will be $12.00 for adults and $6 for children under 10. Take out plates will also be available.

The Friona Chamber of Commerce needs your help. The Friona Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture’s Annual Banquet will be held on March 5, 2019 and this year’s theme is the Rockin 50’s. The Friona Chamber of Commerce is asking for donations. Your donations can be in the form of money or a prize to be auctioned at the event. There is no limit on the amount of money to donate. If you donate an item they ask that you give an approximate value t better help coordinate its auction. All donations need to be given to the Chamber before February 22, 2019. St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Canyon is hosting their annual Czech Sausage Dinner on Sunday, March 3rd at the Parish Family Center at 605 38th Street in Canyon.
