Home for the Holidays winners named
The Friona Chamber of Commerce announced the winners of the 2014 Lighting Contest last week. The home of Andy Alexander located at 502 Etta earned first place honors and $100 in Friona Bucks. Second place and $50 in Friona Bucks went to Roberta Rocha’s home at 1205 Walnut.
Amelia Wright was the “Ho Ho Home for the Holidays” Grand Prize winner of $100 in Friona Bucks.
Winners of $25 in Friona Bucks and the businesses they can spend their winnings in were: Jesse Aragon-A-1 Service Center, Yolanda Martinez-Bi-Wize Pharmacy, Sylvia Gibson-Blackburn Hardware, 4-Way Pump-Campbell Electric, Erika Bejarano-Hernandez Restaurant, Gayle Murdock-Fast Stop, Jana Barnett-Glamour & Décor, Don White-Headquarters Restaurant, Jayn Looper-Ivy Cottage, Pat Scott-Kendrick Oil Co. Farm Store, Eloisa Castanon-Lowe’s Supermarket, Cynthia McCasland-Malouf’s Fabrics, Belinda Anthony-Subway of Friona, Philip Zeller-Tasty Cream, and Richard Samarron-Veterinary Industries.
Each year the Friona Chamber of Commerce promotes shopping in Friona with “Ho Ho Home for the Holidays”.
