A note to our farmers, ranchers, and ag producers: Kinky Friedman is running for Texas Agriculture Commissioner again as a Democrat. Just saying you might want to keep your voter registration current. I would think a guy who wanted credibility might consider reverting to whatever his real name is instead of Kinky. Especially as you get older and want folks to take you serious. Just a suggestion.

Blood drive dates for 2014, per Bessie Holt: January 30, April 10, June 19, August 28, November 6. Bessie thought some folks might want to go ahead and get them on the calendar. Which reminds me that I need to think about getting 2014 calendars.
