The Friona Chamber of Commerce is in need of volunteers to “Light Up City Park” for Christmas. This year the Christmas in the Park will be held Monday December 2, beginning with Santa’s arrival at 5:30 p.m. More entertainment is also being planned.
Anyone, group, class, organization, or business is encouraged to decorate a spot in the park. The Chamber has a map available of the park and people can go by and pick a tree or spot to decorate. To assist in planning, it is helpful to the Chamber to let them know early if you are participating.
