The Parmer County Cancer Coalition’s Pink Out night is Friday October 4 when the Chieftains host the Dalhart Golden Wolves. It is also the night of the Noon Lions Club burgers and fries tailgate party. Wear pink and come out and enjoy the burgers and the game and support our local cancer coalition program.

The Cancer Coalition is taking orders for pink t-shirts. Order forms will be sent home with every student in Friona ISD this week. T-shirts are $7 for youth small through adult extra large. Adult 2XL to 5XL will be $9. All shirts are short sleeved.

The deadline to order is not later than Thursday September 19. Samples of the shirts will be available to view at the Friona Public Library, Friona Chamber of Commerce, and at the Friona school offices. Orders can be made through a student order form or through order forms available at the Friona Public Library and the Chamber of Commerce. Orders can also be placed by calling the Cancer Coalition at 806-250-3545 and leaving a message with the sizes needed and a return phone number and address.

This is a major fundraiser for the Cancer Coalition. Funds are used to assist cancer patients in Parmer County. Everyone is urged to order your pink t-shirts now and help support this program. Or if you don’t want a t-shirt you can just donate money to the coalition by calling the number above for info.
