Friona Chamber Banquet March 8
The Friona Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture will celebrate their 60th Annual Chamber Awards Banquet on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Friona Community Center. Jill Wyatt Marshall from Tulia will be the guest speaker for the evening.
The Silent and Live Auction will begin at 6 p.m. and a delicious meal of prime rib and all the fixin’s will be served at 6:30 p.m.
Nominations are being accepted for the 2016 Friona Chamber of Commerce Citizen awards including: Man of the Year, Woman of the Year, Teacher of the Year, Citizen of the Year, Most Courteous Employee, Girl Student of the Year and Boy Student of the Year.
Deadline to submit nominations is 3 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2016. Forms can be emailed, faxed or by going to www.frionahcamber.com and clicking on Banquet to print forms.
Tickets are available at the Chamber Office at 621 Main in Friona. Tickets are $25 in advance only. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
